You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use BaeBoo. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors’ use where applicable.
3) Acceptable Use
- No illegal activities, harassment, hate, or harmful behavior.
- No explicit or pornographic content. BaeBoo is not for NSFW content.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security, probe systems, or disrupt the service.
- Respect intellectual property and the rights of others.
4) AI & Limitations
- Conversations and responses may be generated by AI and can be incorrect or incomplete.
- AI interactions are for companionship and entertainment; do not rely on them for professional advice.
- We do not use your personal conversations to train our models. See Privacy Policy for details.
5) Privacy
We care about your privacy. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable. We do not train models on your personal content. Review the Privacy Policy for full details, including data deletion requests.
6) Subscriptions & Payments
If subscription features are offered, pricing and billing cycles will be shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled in accordance with platform rules.
7) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time.
8) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaeBoo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
10) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you by reasonable means (e.g., in‑app notice). Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11) User-Generated Content & Takedown
- You are responsible for content you post or transmit. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, at our discretion.
- To report content, contact support@baeboo.love with details and links/screenshots.
12) Intellectual Property & DMCA
BaeBoo’s trademarks, branding, and app assets are protected. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, email a DMCA notice to support@baeboo.love including: (i) your contact information, (ii) a description of the work, (iii) the infringing material’s location, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief, and (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
13) In‑App Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
- Any in‑app purchases or subscriptions are billed via the platform (Google Play / Apple App Store).
- Trials, billing cycles, pricing, and auto‑renewal terms are shown at purchase. Manage/cancel in your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to the applicable store’s policies and local laws.
14) Store & Platform Terms
- Your use of BaeBoo must comply with Google Play and App Store policies.
- The stores are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for BaeBoo.
- You agree to abide by any third‑party terms that apply when using our features (e.g., network providers, AI services).
15) Export & Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or on any U.S. government restricted list. You agree to comply with applicable export and sanctions laws when using BaeBoo.
16) No Emergency or Professional Use
BaeBoo is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or emergency services. Call your local emergency number in urgent situations.
17) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws unless otherwise required. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws and competent courts, unless otherwise required by consumer protection rules.
