AI‑specific privacy

• We do not use your personal conversations to train our models.
• Some features may use third‑party AI providers to process your prompts for the sole purpose of generating responses. We require providers to not use your content for their own model training.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your rights”).

Security

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable.
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel and necessary service operations.

Data retention

Children and age rating

• BaeBoo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
• If you are between 13–17, use BaeBoo only with consent and supervision as required by your local laws.
• NSFW content is prohibited. See our Terms for acceptable use.

Permissions and device data

• Microphone (optional): Used to enable voice calls. You can disable this at any time.
• Notifications (optional): Used to alert you about messages and updates. Manage in system settings.
• Network access: Required to provide chat and voice functionality.
• Diagnostics and analytics: May be used to improve reliability and performance. Personal content is not used for model training.

Google Play and App Store disclosures

• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable.
• Account/Data deletion: You can request deletion at baeboo.love/delete-data.
• Data usage: We do not sell your personal data and do not use personal conversations to train models.
• Third‑party processors: Some features may use vetted AI providers strictly to process your prompts and return responses. Providers are required to not use your content for their own training.
• No emergency use: BaeBoo is not a substitute for emergency or professional services.

Region‑specific rights
